Malaysian citizens who are at least 21 years old and above. The applicant has to be born, residing or working in the Federal Territory. If the applicant is not married, their income should not exceed RM10,000 per month else RM15,000 per month for married applicants.
Yes, as long as the applicant’s household income is RM10,000 per month and below.
Applicants are only allowed to apply for one project only.
Household income is the total combined income ( i.e gross income including salaries, commissions and other allowances). For unmarried people it is their individual gross income. For married couples it is both husband and wife’s combined income.
